Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The food was great, room cleaning was done well, and the snack bar worked efficiently. The daytime activities by the pool were fun and well-organized, and the yoga sessions with Esen were excellent. The evening entertainment could use some improvement — it would be nice to see more variety and energy. A kind suggestion for the hotel management: it would be wonderful if the reception staff smiled more often and were a bit more welcoming. A warm greeting can make a big difference in the guest experience. Also, the waiters seemed a little too quick to clear the tables — perhaps allowing guests a bit more time to enjoy their meals would create a more relaxed atmosphere. Overall, a very pleasant hotel with great potential for becoming even better

Nice territory with different sections to choose from for spending time daily. Beach at the territory, so no need to go out on a street. Water slides good for I’d say 6+ year olds, even fun for adults to go down few times. Great meal offering, did not get tired of the food, each day could try something different. Room was ok, standard room, nothing special, but for us first two nights air conditioning did not work which was quite terrible in July. Evening shows were interesting, mini disco as usual, also activities where one can participate throughout the day so never really boring. A bit of a minus, in rooms that are close to the evening shows, it was very loud. Nice view of the mountains from hotel territory.

Check-in I ended up at this hotel by pure chance in July 2025 — and honestly, that was probably my first mistake. The place is screaming for at least a bit of paint and a proper deep clean. The corridors clearly don’t know what a vacuum is, and the carpets are decorated with random trash for extra “character.” In the room, cleaning apparently means scattering a few flower petals — but leaving behind someone else’s hair as a souvenir. Food & Drinks The food is exactly the same every single day — consistency at its finest, I guess. Bonus feature: pretty much everyone gets a stomach bug at some point. The alcohol? It’s a fun game of “is this watered down or just awful?” Not that you can actually drink it anyway. And bananas? Too fancy for the buffet, obviously. Families The kids’ club has strict hours, and the playground is so depressing that most kids just end up sliding into the sandy pool. The “kids’ disco” kicks off at 9 PM — because nothing says family fun like keeping toddlers up late. Other activities for kids? Well… there’s always the sand in the pool. Beach To be fair, the sea is beautiful — credit goes to Mother Nature, not the hotel. Getting in the water is nice and easy. Extra “Services” Be ready to dodge endless offers for furs, fake perfume, or massages — you’ll only escape the sales pitches when you’re asleep, if you’re lucky. The lifts break down, the dishes are always a bit grimy, and reception loves a good argument when your room isn’t what you paid for. Part of the experience, I guess! Bottom Line The staff aren’t exactly friendly, the service basically doesn’t exist, and the highlight of the trip is the moment you check out. But hey — at least you’ll have stories to tell!
