I am giving 4 star just because of the rooms, they were good but not as expected considering the price. But the overall experience - location, food quality and service was amazing. Had a great time staying here.
We opted for this resort only because of access to baga beach in a peak season. It has an attached baga tales night club and has a pool inside. Rooms are not at all good. No cleanliness and maintenance. Room smells very bad. AC is not working, when asked to change the room, they were not responded. We stayed because of no other option left. Not at all worthy. Better to avoid, you have a lot of other options with this price
They say this is 4 star hotel and provide worst service and very unprofessional staff. The behavior of the staff is unacceptable, we booked 2 deluxe rooms, The AC of one room was not working we complained couple of times they came 2 times to fix and after fixing they didn’t even check if it was working or not. We went out for partying and arrived back to the hotel around 3AM and AC wasn’t working, called reception 3-4 times they finally came but AC wasn’t working they said give it 2 mins-3 mins and left without checking if it’s working or not, finally called the reception guy to come and check, he came around 4am and started blaming us that we were being hasty, man we are tired and it is 4AM and you blaming us instead of fixing the issue. We reported AC issue in the morning and They neither changed the room nor fixed the AC, any way they finally changed the room and that room’s AC was also not working and it was 4:30 AM, reception guy left and another technician came and started shouting at us that we are not operating the AC remote properly. We didn’t even touch the AC remote and that guy was shouting at us(Wow). Luckily around 5 AM one of guests checked out and they prepared that room for us and shifted us there. One day there was no water for 2 hours, my friend went to take a bath and in the middle the water went out and we had to wait for 2 hours No one was receiving the call from their kitchen number 245 and when I called the reception and asked for water, they brought drinking water after 1.5 hrs. Not sure what kind of service they provide by calling themselves 4 star hotel. Do they even train their staff how to behave with the guests and not to disrespect them. We would have adjusted with all technical and service related issues but insulting and blaming the guests for your fault is not acceptable! We felt that by paying money we had come here to insult ourselves Another big group came to stay here and they arranged dinner buffet for them. When we reported all these issues to the manager he apologized and offered us dinner whatever they prepared for the group and said they can’t do anything else for us.(very disappointing) We had no AC for a day, lost 3 hrs fixing/shifting, no water for bath when we needed, not provided room service on top of that workers and staff abusing and shouting at us when we needed rest. Management should seriously take action on these issues and train their employees how to take care of guests and how to behave with them. No doubt location, property, food and rooms are good but people come to 4 star hotel for service as well.
