Amara Suites Santorini

We loved our stay at Amara Suites! Demetrius and the rest of the staff went above and beyond for us and were so incredibly hospitable. The breakfasts were amazing, with so much food and delicious orange juice and yogurt. The pool and private pool in the room were also great, and our room was very spacious and comfortable. We wish we could have spent more time dining there for lunch and dinner, or taking excursions that they offered to arrange, but we had a packed schedule with the wedding we were attending. Highly recommend Amara to elevate your trip to Santorini!

Excellent doesn't even do this hotel justice. In all my travels I have never enjoyed a stay more than I did with Dimitri and his family at Amara Suites. From the moment you walk in you and made to feel like family. From his wife cooking the most amazing meals, to Dimitri greeting you with a hug and a handshake each morning it really was the most enjoyable 8 days at Amara for our Honeymoon. You will not go wrong booking a short or long stay here and when booking don't forget to add the breakfast. The highlight is the homemade Greek Yogurt with local honey and walnuts.

Service: The owner is absolutely brilliant, very helpful and super welcoming without being overbearing. You can tell he loves the hotel and his job. Rooms: Spacious rooms with a big balcony, cleaned to an immaculate standard. Super comfy beds and great amenities. Large bathroom with nice features. Breakfast: Seriously impressive quality for all the breakfast items. Super fresh fruit, lovely variety of bread, pastries, pancakes. Very tasty eggs with nice bacon etc. Really adds value for money to the overall experience to get such a high quality breakfast. Restaurant: Nightime dining by the pool is very nice. It’s quiet and spacious, perfect for a nice relaxing meal. We had the spicy cheese starter with Seafood Pasta and BBQ prawns. The quality of the produce was very high and it was cooked brilliant. The spicy cheese and seafood pasta were particular highlights. We ate in several restaurants in Kamara and the food here was probably the best out them all. Overall Vibe: A really nice family run hotel that provides super friendly service and pays attention to the small details. Genuinely so impressed for the price we paid. Panathinaikos 🤝 Glasgow Celtic.
