Amaranta Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Amaranta Hotel, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality from the staff made me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was definitely the stunning swimming pool. It was beautifully designed, clean, and perfect for relaxing under the sun or taking a refreshing dip. The atmosphere was serene, providing an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Breakfast at Amaranta was another standout feature. The selection was diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes. Each morning began with a delightful spread that fueled my day with energy and satisfaction. A special mention goes to the exceptional staff members, Noon, Ploy, Lay, and Ann. Their friendly and attentive service truly elevated my experience. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, always with a smile. Overall, my stay at Amaranta Hotel was unforgettable. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. I can't wait to return!

Really nice place to stay in Bangkok. Very good location 10 minutes by foot to metro station , nice and helpfull staff especially Lay and Ploy. Room was big and had big bath. Nice view from rooftop bar and swimming pool. There is many restaurants and shops around hotel. Highly recommended

The presidential suite was a total let down, dark, dirty run down and lacking amenities. This hotel needs to be honest with itself, it really isn't a 4 star hotel in ay way. It's more aligned with 3 stars. No towels for drying hands, the pool is so cloudy I didn't want to spend too much time in there, the pool was also in another building really making it feel separate to you, the customer service that is so lauded on their reviews was non existent. Out roof was incredibly tired with seems popping off the sofa, dark stained floors scratched to buggery and no hot water for showers. Breakfast was very limited as well we only went once and that was enough. The beds are actually comfortable but road noise cancellation this out. Th hotel location is handy for mrt and 7/11. Would not stay here again there are far superior hotel to stay at on the same proce bracket.
