As a family of five, our stay at Amaranthe Bay was nothing short of wonderful. The hotel is beautifully located by a lagoon, and the views from the rooms and common areas are simply stunning. Each room comes with a jacuzzi, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with large bathrooms and a separate elevated living area that made relaxing indoors very enjoyable. The overall ambiance of the property is peaceful and rejuvenating, perfect for anyone looking to unwind in nature without compromising on comfort. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a decent variety, including fresh juices and well-prepared coffee. We felt well taken care of by the staff, who were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Trincomalee.

We had a wonderful stay at Amaranthé Bay! After a disappointing experience at another hotel, we booked here last minute — and were warmly welcomed right from the start. Our room was very clean, tidy, and tastefully furnished. What truly stood out was the staff: everyone was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. The breakfast buffet offered a great mix of international and Sri Lankan dishes, and the kitchen was very flexible, happily catering to individual requests. We also enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa, which was just what we needed to unwind. Overall, we had peaceful, rejuvenating days by the pool and at the nearby beach.
