Rooms are nothing special and need some refurbishing but location,food and staff are very good. All the staff are super friendly,the entertainment guys were amazing and super friendly, specially with kids. The buffet is varied and tasty,with many options as starters. I am not a pasta lover at all but could choose many other healthy and tasty options. The bus to the nearest beach is very convenient and the beach is pretty good. 15-20 min away there are some amazing beaches too. Very good place for a family trip with kids. A note to owners, the lifeguard should be keeping an eye to the pool all the time and not chatting or playing with her phone.
The location is beautiful, the room was clean and staff in reception was lovely. I will not make the comment of the room if it will be not 4 start hotel. The bathroom needs some work and there is something wrong with the smell.. in the canteen there is no any cards describing the food and what’s the meal as we are not speaking Italian it was really hard to understand as all kitchen staff didn’t speak English. If you are vegetarian and not eating sea food there will be nothing to eat for you unfortunately. The quality and quantity is poor. The dishes, glasses are dirty. If you coming one hour later to your dinner there will be no food left if you coming on time there is not enough tables left to seat. The pool working hours is from 9:30 to 12:30 and from 12:30 till 15:30 it’s closed. When is the most sunny and hot you can’t go to the pool, that doesn’t make sense.
No words to fully describe this place. Bad smell coming from drainage every night. Poor restaurant doesn’t seems to be in Italy, quality and stuff definitely at their first experience. Waiter served meet and fish in the same plate, carrots not cooked, chicken dry.9/10 of the food was defrosted. Not enough highchair , no information regarding the food served at the full board. Despite the food inside the “full board” if you pay you can have a good espresso and breakfast . I wonder if this is a marketing choice .. A trip to forget
