Amari Garden Pattaya

Standard room with twin beds which are small but clean. The room is not old. Good location that we can park and walk to beach road or the other side. Service is very good everywhere. Pools are awesome which attracted in google.

Location is excellent. The staff are were all very helpful and friendly. What I liked most about this hotel was the pools and the grounds - they were nice and well looked after. The rooms were adequately sized and the bathroom was okay ( not super new but not run down). The only minor cons were : There is no lift. There was staff who helped with our luggage so wasn't too much of a problem. Towards the end of my visit I left some money (british pounds) in the safe. I went downstairs to check out and they checked the room for any damages, I then explained to the lady at reception that I had forgotten something and she allowed me back up to check and the money was gone. I knew I had definitely left it there and I went back and explained this to the manager. She called someone and within a few minutes she apologised and handed me my money back. I understand that not everyone can be morally sound and if most people found some money they would probably keep it but it was still very annoying. The manager however dealt with it effectively and professionally and I have to say I was very impressed. I think a lot of the time customer service is not necessarily about what went wrong but how people deal with the situation! So thank you to the manager ! Stayed in October 2015

The staff are excellent, although some of the rooms are small dark and to be frank ..dirty ripped sheets stained pillows and the bin was rusted through.In need of an update !! Beach is awful rubbish everywhere I even saw a whole house door splashing on the shore! It's rough here avoid!!!!! Only attraction is the nightlife plenty of go go bars nothing else ...........
