Exceptional Service from Louis at the Front Desk. I want to express my appreciation for Louis, who went above and beyond to resolve a room booking issue with professionalism and genuine care. His patience, resourcefulness, and commitment to finding the best solution made all the difference in turning a stressful situation into a smooth experience. Thank you for your outstanding support, Louis! Additionally, the room was very clean and breakfast good spread!

One highlight for me was : The service by staff is exceptional. I am impressed by the polite, helpful and good service. The location is good, right beside Komtar and City Square. We just walked across and there are plenty of food options. It’s connected to Zenith Mall which has Hai Di Lao, hair salon and thai massage. Carpark is brightly lit and safe. Right below the hotel. Key point is to make sure you do not lose your carpark ticket (penalty RM200) , and validate it at the machine before leaving the hotel. Hotel is clean and comfortable. It feels new-ish and well maintained to me. Beds are comfortable. There is a kids room, with some colouring and Tv with beanbags. Simple, but enough to keep kids happy. Swimming pool is very basic, but good enough. One kids pool, one adult pool. Swimming pool cleanliness can be improved, but there are always warm pool towels available, which is a plus. Buffet breakfast spread is wonderful and service is good. Will be back!

Would have been given a 5 star rating if not for the incompetency of the front desk staff. First was the given notice of a leak in the bathroom and the second was the failure to inform about the validated parking ticket. Aside from these incidents, we are happy with our stay...the concierge and the housekeeping staff were excellent. The close proximity to malls and event halls were a blessing. Definitely will stay again there.
