We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet , fresh, tasty, and well-organized. A big thanks to the entire staff and room service for their outstanding service and hospitality the only concern is that there’s no nearby pharmacies so the they need to have one in the hotel Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Can’t wait to visit again!

A Message of Appreciation to Amarina Queen Hotel – Marsa Alam, Egypt Today marks the end of my honeymoon and my stay at your distinguished hotel. First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team, especially the reception staff Mr. Ahmed Abdel Karim and Mr. Abdel Rahman, the restaurant staff led by Mr. Alaa, and all the staff at the pool bar and beach bar. They were all incredibly respectful, courteous, clean, and well-organized — treating Egyptian and foreign guests equally without any discrimination. As for the food, it was varied, clean, and satisfying to all tastes. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff was extremely cooperative. The swimming pool was large and beautiful, and the staff responsible for it were very helpful and attentive. The beach and the marina area were absolutely stunning, with mesmerizing shades of blue, sky, and turquoise waters. The lifeguards and swimming assistants were highly attentive and genuinely concerned for the safety of all guests. Overall, Amarina Queen offers excellent service at a reasonable price and truly deserves a five-star rating. Additionally, I traveled through a company called "Prestige Tours" based in Assiut Governorate. It was an outstanding agency in terms of professionalism, punctuality, and organization. I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The location is extremely remote — far from the city center — with no available transportation options except through the hotel itself, which charges very high prices for transfers. There are also no nearby facilities like pharmacies or stores, making it very difficult to access urgent needs such as medication or even basic items like baby diapers. Throughout the stay, I felt isolated and cut off from everything. The staff service was another major letdown. Many employees would only assist after expecting tips, making interactions uncomfortable and unprofessional. Food quality and variety were poor, and both my wife and I suffered from severe diarrhea, which we strongly believe was due to the hotel’s dining options. The activities and entertainment programs were extremely limited and unimpressive, and the animation team did little to engage guests. Drinks served were heavily diluted with water, and hygiene standards were shockingly low. Cups and utensils often had bad odors, including the smell of alcohol, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and health safety. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. There are many better options available where service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction are genuinely prioritized.
