First of the hotel was rated a 5 star hotel but I would not have even given it a 1 star. The condition of this hotel was unacceptable; this hotel is an absolute disgrace and should not be open to the guests. From the moment you walk in, the interior is vile: the floors are all dirty and sticky; everything is old, filthy, broken and depressing. They’ve even turned what used to be swimming pools into “gardens” and trying to make it look better by throwing in some old broken chairs and tables. The “gardens” got mold around it and looks like an absolute junkyard. The dining area is a nightmare. Birds fly freely inside the restaurant which was very unpleasant seeing, the hygiene is nonexistent and there are constantly no spoons, no plates, nothing, which is extremely unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. The food doesn’t change, it’s the same every day, except from the deserts. The food tastes disgusting and is cooked outside in the most unhygienic way possible. You had to wait 30-60 minutes for some fries or a burger. Families couldn’t even feed their kids properly because of the “one portion per person “rule – even for drinks. A child also fainted from hunger while waiting 30 minutes for a waffle. We booked a restaurant for dinner and it took 4 days to get a reservation processed because the incompetent staff kept bouncing it around. When we finally went, the food was revolting, the smell unbearable, and the place was literally covered in dust. There is only one coffee machine in the lobby, no more coffee anywhere in the hotel. There are no toilets near the beach or the pool but also the toilets were mostly without soap or toilet paper. The toilets are also dirty and gross which were clearly not cleaned in a while. There is one toilet in the hotel which is shared throughout the whole hotel. The room card does not work after half a day meaning you waste your vacation running back and forth to reception to fix it, most days you had to go 3 times a day. We asked the reception to change our room because the bath was black and disgusting, everything was old, the view was ridiculous and the electricity was out for most days and the room card scanner wasn’t working. The receptions response was, that its going to cost money to change rooms but we checked out the other rooms but they looked exactly the same so we didn’t bother changing. The place is also not safe at all, someone actually entered our room at 1:20am and heard other guests complaining about the same issue. We also heard other guests complaining about strangers walking in, that alone makes this place really dangerous. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and constantly arguing with the guests. The atmosphere is miserable, with people shouting all the time because nothing works properly. do not choose this hotel.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had – do not recommend I don't usually make reviews, but if this review will help someone out there to avoid this hotel i would definetly write it ! From the moment I arrived, the experience was disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, showing zero interest in basic hospitality. It felt like guests were more of a burden than anything else. The room was dirty, dusty surfaces, and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority. The food was awful – poorly cooked, cold at times, and barely edible. Even the dining area lacked cleanliness and basic service standards. The facilities were neglected: the AC didn’t work well, the bed was uncomfortable, and noise from the hallway made it hard to get any rest. I expected a decent stay, but instead got stress, discomfort, and zero value for the money. I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere unless major improvements are made. Definitely not worth it.

The Pools are dirty, sun beds are broken, all shades are worn out, chairs are broken, dirts everywhere, public toilets are filthy, no pets or insects control Food variety is very limited and cooking is very bad. Food material is very bad, they reuse the lunch remains at dinner. Most of the time there is no drinking water in the bars and restaurants, the juices is only colored water without any taste. No hot drinks in pool bar and beach bar, you have to go to the lobby bar to get a cup of tea. Very cheap plastic glasses, broken and cracked plates and glass. No actual entertainment staff, very boring activities. All sports facilities not working and in very bad condition. I booked 2 sea view rooms, the appointed rooms are not even garden view, air conditioning is not working, toilet water always yellowed, telephone is not working, doors not closing properly, no power sockets, weak lighting The staff is not helpful they can’t solve any problem, rude talking between the staff. The management is not responding to any calls or complains. I truly advice not to come to this group of hotels even for free
