Last minute 9:30pm check in due to booked accommodation falling through. Service was above and beyond. Room was clean. Ample for 1 night. Thank you - very appreciated.

Never in my life have I experienced such rude bar staff and lack of service. The staff were all enjoying a joke together while I waited at the bar to be served for over 5 minutes. When I went to collect my food at the bar, I was ignored by the male attendant who deliberately served a man behind me. When I noted that it was strange service the manager (chin out) got aggressive and said haven’t you ever been in a busy bar. It was actually a very quiet evening. Stay away from this place. The food was passable and the wine the worst I have ever tasted.

Room was dirty, curtains were dirty and carpet had a bad smell, the basin was leaking and shower had no glass thus the whole bathroom was wet. The parking had no access into the hotel so you have to walk around the building. We would have been wet if it was raining. The steak had an after taste maybe because the meat was old stock. Good location right in the heart of the city. Not recommending this to anyone.
