A beautiful hotel with a boutique feel, comfortable and clean rooms, friendly and fast service, a swimming pool is available even though it is not very big but it is enough for children to swim happily, breakfast is quite complete, close to the souvenir center and the Saparua sports area. Surely will come back to stay for next trip to Bandung

Pros The location was prime. The staff was excellent. I also love the breakfast, a little bit salty though. Cons However, I think you need to change the carpet since the room smell dusty. The staff responded with extra vacuum but the smell still lingering even on my clothes. The coffee was crap.

I stayed here for 3 days and have chosen this place several times before due to its overall comfort. However, there are recurring issues that need serious attention. The toilet facilities are poorly maintained—leaking problems and low water pressure made my stay less pleasant. Additionally, the breakfast was a major letdown. The variety is very limited, and the taste was below acceptable standards. It even made me feel unwell afterward. For a hotel of this level, I expected better. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the food quality, variety, hygiene, and maintenance of basic facilities.
