Amaroq Explorers Basecamp

I have recently spent 5 days with my wife and my 3 little ones at Amaroq Explorers Basecamp. The apartment is very well looked after and all facilities are in very well condition matching exactly what you can see in the pictures. I can also confirm that the place is family-friendly and kids would love sleeping at the bunk beds or cooling down in the jacuzzi. Location-wise, it is very convenient as, while the feeling is that you are in a basecamp in the middle of the mountains, the apartment is located right in the middle of the town finding all the amenities you may need at the doorstep. Still, Tremp is well located to visit the main attractions around and there are multiple hiking trails nearby. Last but least, Ramon has been an excellent host and even he was happy to promptly post to us some clothes that we forgot at the apartment after our departure. All in all, I highly recommend Amaroq Explorers Basecamp if you are planning to stay in the area.

No hubiéramos podido encontrar mejor sitio para pasar unos días. La vivienda estupenda, el jardín una preciosidad, el yacuzzi un lujo, los detalles cuidados al máximo, no faltaba ni "el perejil y el trato con Ramón, su dueño de 12 sobre 10. Lástima que, por circunstancias personales, no lo pude saludar en persona. Pero, como amenazamos con volver, la próxima vez será. Gracias por todo Ramón. Aquí, en el sur, tienes casa. Accommodation with a lot of charm, comfortable and well located. Very clean and with all the facilities, nothing is missing. Ideal to go with friends or family. We stayed for a couple of days and did a snowshoe route. To highlight the knowledge and friendliness of Ramón (our guide). And of course the relaxing bath in the jacuzzi when you arrive from the excursion! A place and experience to repeat :)
