Ambasador Centrum Hotel Lodz

Great hotel with a good location at walking distance from train stations, main street Piotrkowska and manufaktura. Price is acceptable and the quality is totally worth it. Breakfast is incredibly varied and was a great surprised. Room for comfortable enough for two people, had all necessary amenities except a shoehorn. The swimming pool and sauna were great, with plenty of deck chairs available.

Nice hotel very close to town centre. My room had only the shower in the bathroom, it takes a bit of time to get hot water, but it's ok, with air conditioning although quite noisy. Desk assistants are nice and ready to help. Breakfast is in the ambassador premium hotel so you have to walk a bit Gym centre and pool.

Just checked out from this hotel after 4 nights stay. Overall the location is good and they have a nice steam / sauna facilities and a pool. Staff are friendly. BUT please bear in mind they like to book in guests for parties and alcohol fuelled gatherings in this hotel. The smoking terrace is located on 5th floor. So you will have masses of drunken people going up and down the stairs, swearing, generally loud, slapping the corridor doors all the time. THERE ARE NO CCTV cameras on neither of floors so reception staff are unaware of what goes on. All the noise travels down the corridors etc. And trust me you will not get a good night's sleep with those parties going on so near that in mind! Called the reception around midnight to ask whether they could help but the noise carried on until around 2am. Bear in mind!!
