Ambassador Bangkok Hotel

I have had a wonderful experience at The Ambassador, Bangkok. The hotel’s is located close to public transport, happening restaurants and bars (including vegetarian and vegan restaurants) and local markets. The rooms and service are value for money. Most of all, the hotel staff is very polite and accommodating. Experience Manager Mr. Troy in particular was kind enough to accommodate me in my last minute request to extend my stay even after the hotel was fully booked. I could not shift hotels due to my circumstances and this was my only option. Mr. Troy was sympathetic to my circumstances and went above and beyond to make an exception for me for which I am very thankful! I would highly recommend the hotel to everyone!

The location is top notch. But the room seem to be a bit small and the view from the room the first time when I stayed was great, but the second time when I check in I got a room that has a big wall in front of my room. I called the reception and told them to change my room, but they didn’t change it. They say that all the rooms have been booked, which was not true. Also, there is smoking area is sometimes closed. So if you need to smoke, you need to get out of the hotel and then you can do it which would take you like up to 5 minutes to the smoking area from your room. Overall, it’s a good location to stay. Everything is closer to it.

Good Breakfast, but Room Size and Crowds a Downside While the breakfast was good with a nice selection, it was often too crowded, making the experience less relaxing. The room and washroom were quite small, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it's a decent option, but expect limited space and a busy breakfast area. Swimming Pool is Good in this hotel as well as you can check out the fitness center (GYM) I asked them to give me top floor after asked me wait for another 2 hours they gave me 4th floor (Don't like that part also)
