First the positive. It has towel and toiletries plus bottled water. The ac was also working but noisy since it's old. The negative, the bedsheet is too bad. Only one pillow per bed. No room service cleaning for the whole 4 days of our stay. They gave us water on the 1st and 3rd day. Towels were not changed. No room slippers. The room was not very clean when we checked in, like there were peanut left overs in the closet. There was hair on the glass cup. The mini ref was broken. There was even a leak in the bathroom ceiling.

DO NOT BOOK. This place was amazing 20 years ago when I came for a conference. Now it’s a shell of its former self. Only one restaurant is open. The big kids pool? Closed. The gym? Closed (at least on the day we came). The automatic doors don’t even all work. Never saw the room. Walked in and walked straight out. Smelled like 1984. Despite the total lack of people we were told check-in time was firm. Such a sad story.

Don't book this hotel! We just had an event this May 2025, and it was terrible! The hotel scammed us for the amenities and services. They don't have enough people to accommodate 2,000 delegates. From the food service to housekeeping and painting and cleaning the convention hall. All are worst! Rooms are still in keys, so no security features! Anyone can go to any floor, and no housekeeping, we had to use the same linens and towels from day until the 5th day of saty. Housekeeping don't have access to the rooms, and can only clean if there's a person inside. Food service is worst, our delegates need to line up for hours, facing empty food trays and no sight of hotel staff to refill the food. So in order to survive, we need to go out of the hotel to buy our own food! The convention hall, is not clean, from the first day until the last day of the convention. Water is not even provided for the VIPs and organizers, we need to buy for our own. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. I don't recommend you to come here and have an event. Never again. To the hotel management, close this hotel if you can't even give proper and bare minimum services to the guest and serve your employees correctly
