Best hotel to stay in the heart of Jerusalem. The hotel is an enjoyable 15-20 min walk (depends how fast you walk) away from the Old City. Theres a shortcut you can take with the staircase on the right side. The rooms were spacious, clean and had all the amenities you needed with some rooms overseeing the stunning view of the Old City day and night. The garden terrace is beautiful with lush greenery and a balcony where you can eat all meals. The food was impeccable — the best food in Jerusalem in my opinion. The staff are incredible, attentive, respectful and are family-like. Be sure to ask for their tour packages if you need a local guide — super well organised and also the best tour guides you can get in the country! Warm Arabic hospitality that makes your experience unforgettable. Ambassador is a home away from home.
Very clean and beautiful dishes in the restaurant. Very good service and not expensive at all.
We stay here for weeks to do an archaeology excavation and they accommodate our unique needs. The staff is awesome.
