This hotel is top notch! The valet staff are exceptional with service. Smiles go along way. The reception desk, same! So helpful, caring and just meet the needs you have. The location is positive in that you are close to eateries, shopping and museums. Only negative is and this is in every downtown area… the homeless ☹️. I feel so sorry for those that are in that position. I recommend the Ambassador hotel in Kansas City Missouri!

Great employees and service influence a stay as much as anything and the Ambassador Kansas City has that in spades. We’ve hosted group events and used their boardrooms and conference rooms (even the jazz club one morning) and all are top rate. Just leaving another stay and wanted to leave my compliments to the staff. You all do a great job!

We held our wedding ceremony in the top-floor ballroom at the Ambassador Hotel, and it was everything we hoped it would be and more. The space is stunning—with elegant details, beautiful natural light, and incredible views that created the perfect setting for such a special moment in our lives. A huge thank you goes to Theresa Garza, who did a wonderful job working with us and her staff to ensure the ceremony space and event went off without any concerns. She was professional and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. From start to finish, the staff at the Ambassador Hotel were accommodating and attentive, helping to make our wedding ceremony truly memorable. We’re so glad we chose this venue—it was the perfect place to begin our new chapter together. Highly recommend the Ambassador Hotel and especially Theresa for anyone planning a wedding!
