Our stay at the Ambassador Hotel in OKC was one of the highlights of our trip! The entire experience felt like a relaxing getaway spa. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel truly welcomed. We also loved the saltwater pool—perfect for cooling off in the summer heat. I highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here just for a one-nighter 'date night', and we couldn't have been more pleased. Hotel is very conveniently located in Midtown, close to many of the popular parts of OKC. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The valet was out the door and at my vehicle before I put it in park. Check in process was quick and efficient, and we were up to our room in about 5 minutes. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, luxurious, and just as depicted online. We went up to the O Bar for cocktails before dinner. The bar is really nice with an outdoor patio with some nice views of Midtown/Downtown, the cocktails were tasty, and again, the service was stellar. The highlight of the service here was the shuttle service, and especially our driver, Wyatt. He took us to our restaurant, picked us up and took us to another lounge for after dinner drinks, and then picked us up again and brought us back to the hotel. He was very quick to respond each time we called, very friendly with lots of lively conversation, and saved us time and money not spent on Ubers. To cap off our trip, we ordered room service for breakfast, and the food was outstanding and delivered promptly. Try the bread pudding French Toast! This hotel was such a treat all the way around. Highly recommend!

I called to complain about the loud music from the bar (it was only 9:00, but I’m old!) The front desk staff was soooo nice. She asked the bar to turn it down and it made a huge difference. Thank you for going that extra length for my early bird comfort. I truly appreciate you!!
