Ambassador Hotel & Spa

We choose this hotel because of it's spa services and that it was directly on the beach. The reception area is light and modern. The staff are friendly but speak mainly German but do their best to speak English. The rooms are big enough and are clean and light. The beds are very comfortable. The spa facilities are very good and very welcoming after a long and cold walk on the beach.

Loved it overall. Squeaky clean rooms (and hotel as a whole). Has elevator and wheelchair access. Great food in a restaurant. The only sore point would be tiny and outdated bathroom. Still, nice package overall.

The personal is so unfriendly !!!! The hotel is falling apart, lampe in the corridor broken, whole in the roof, the bathroom is very badly made with yellow sillicone everywhere in shower. We order room service, it hasn‘t been clean up during our whole stay .... other than that ! Location is great and the SPA is good as well. Breakfast is also good with a whole choice of salt and sugar ! This is not a 4 star ..... it is not worth it ! We paid before coming through wire transfer and they were not aware ... the parking is very small and if full you have to go to the garage which you have to pay for. not very satisfied...
