Just 2km from center, but in nice neighborhood. In front oh hotel is market. Thay have parking for car and bus. Thay are good host and rooms are very good, cosy and clean.
Exquisite interior and furniture in the rooms and all over the common places (restaurant, lobby). I've never seen these decorations in a hotel before. Combined with very large TV screens (80"!) and great breakfast, I think it's the most attractive hotel in Timișoara.
Bad attitude. The attitude of the personnel and of the hotel manager left a lot to desire. Understaffed. Only one person in the evening was attending the reception and the bar - this with a hotel full with two big groups and some extra. Then in the morning the same person was serving in the restaurant. No wonder he was not so kind. Some smaller problems. I was lucky enough, the heat was working in my room, but others had complaints. The rooms are really not my taste, they are large and the bed was comfortable but too many decorations for my idea of good taste. Meanwhile i could not find a good position to work on my laptop. i would not choose the same hotel if i had to stay in Timișoara some other time.
