Ambassador Hotel Tulsa Autograph Collection

Our first time in Tulsa was made special thanks to our stay at this beautiful hotel in downtown. The architecture is amazing. Michelle at the front desk helped us check in. Our room had two queen beds, a dressing area, plenty of space, a closet and a hallway. The room had plenty of natural light. The coffee bar has Lavazza coffee. Guests can have breakfast or brunch at the Chalkboard which is the only restaurant inside the hotel. All in all a great experience. I’m looking forward to returning.

Super friendly staff! Some uniqueness to the rooms. Espresso machine rather than coffee maker, which is fun, but I miss actual coffee. It didn’t come out super warm and there is no microwave in the room. The shower design was flawed because at least in our room, you couldn’t turn on the shower without getting sprayed by cold water. Overall, the hotel is super nice and would definitely stay there again! Just a few things that a super picky person would change. Great location!

I booked a short-notice stay after experiencing horrible hospitality at the Mayo Hotel. It was absolutely the right choice. The sleeping arrangements & customer service were exactly what we needed. Emily in particular was a brilliant representative; speedy, friendly, & accommodating. She made sure to follow up on our experience after settling in, which was the icing on the cake! Simply amazing hospitality from everyone we interacted with. Free self-parking was convenient & the decor had a quaint, intimate, cozy vibe. Exceptionally relaxing & just-right for a staycation. Cons: exuberantly overpriced, the restaurant was closed, & the TV solution is very dated + slow. Recommendation: I would stay here again & would recommend it despite the restaurant closure. There are a number of great food options within a 5m drive & it's door dash friendly. A safe & positive experience overall. 4.5/5⭐️
