The hotel is conveniently located in downtown. Our room was very clean and spacious with the cutest snack bar. I was so excited to see Lavazza espresso in the room! There were three pod choices, plenty of creamer and sugar, and ceramic mugs which I really appreciate. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, even the valet workers enduring the 100⁰ heat.

Super hotel. Close to everything downtown. Quiet, safe place. The room was very nice. Had a trim piece fall off the bathroom door when we got there. They sent someone right up to deal with it. We chose to have it fixed after we were checked out. Vanity sinks had very little pressure (barely a trickle). Forgot to mention it to them, but we managed. Love staying at the Ambassador!

At first I really enjoyed staying here when I’m in town for work. But my recent stay has not been great at all with the front desk specifically. Before I had checked in on Sunday I had stellar customer service with the lady at the desk telling me from the get go that the hotel did not have hot water and probably could not be fixed until Monday. I said not a problem and appreciated the update. I got a call again maybe 2 hours later with another update saying that it’s now looking like Tuesday and was offered points and a free appetizer. I asked on the phone again if it was for sure Tuesday and was told yes. Well Tuesday comes and after I get back to the hotel from work, I tried to talk to someone at the front desk and asked if the hotel had hot water. I was told “no it’s looking like Wednesday” then I was ignored. I had other follow up questions I had wanted to ask but the 3 people at the desk did not care to try and talk to me any further. So I went to my room and I called the front desk to see if I could get some of my other questions answered and once again I was brushed up and they didn’t care at all for customer service. The sweet lady on Sunday and Monday was amazing at keeping customers up to date to the hot water issue. Tuesday’s crew could care less for the customer or even care about helping anyone. I’m extremely disappointed.
