An absolute gem. Spacious, clean and welcoming. The owner was delightful. I enjoyed my stay very much and can’t recommend the place highly enough.
This place is fantastic. We stay here every time we're in tauranga. The rooms are always clean, the staff are great and always remember us, the kids love the pool and the location is close to Cameron road, Fraser cove and the hospital. The rooms have everything you need, the beds are comfy, shower pressure is great.just love it.
The worst accommodation. When I checked the booking details, I saw that there was a specified check-in time. So, I contacted the property in advance to ask what I should do if I arrived after check-in hours. They told me the room number and said they would leave the door open with the key inside the room. On the day of check-in, I arrived at around 10:30 p.m., but the door was closed and I could not find the key. When I went to the reception, there was no one there, and my calls went unanswered. I also sent a message through Agoda, but there was no reply. When I contacted them via Facebook Messenger, they only responded by saying they were on holiday and told me to call the reception. After waiting for a long time, I had no choice but to book another hotel for the night. What made matters worse was their attitude afterward—they lied, saying they had waited at the reception until 11:30 p.m., and claimed they had called me but could not get through. However, I had video evidence of the situation that night, and my phone number was neither in the booking details nor provided by me in advance. They only processed the refund after I told them I had proof on video. In my opinion, an apology should have come before the refund, but instead, they kept lying until the end, both to me and to Agoda headquarters, while trying to put the blame on me. I cannot comment on the accommodation itself as I never got to use it, but the attitude of the property management was the worst I have ever experienced. I sincerely hope no one else will have to go through the same situation I did.
