The room was spacious, modernly decorated and tidy. The staff was friendly and professional. The location is ideal. It is close to the beach and the city center. The food is very delicious. I look forward to coming back next year.

Location is perfect—right in the center and ideal, everything you need is available. Food is varied and delicious. Rooms are clean and hygienic, with great service and presentation. Evening entertainment includes a mini-disco and soft animations. The season is just starting, and I liked everything. Lots of potential but the hotel doesn't know how to care for customers. Entertainment focused just on Russian children. My twin girls felt let down. Staff can't and don't understand English. You ask them for a towel and they bring you pina colada.😂 very Russian oriented hotel sadly. Food and drinks are really good, you can't fault that. They could improve putting on more high chairs as we have problems enjoying our meals and nowhere to put our twin girls for a meal. A couple of Ikea high chairs would solve the problem for many families with small children. Great location, lovely room but there is no customer service in mind sadly. The hotel could be outstanding if management cared to improve it. We had a nice time but it could be much better. Thank you anyway. X
