Rooms and appliances: not a 5-star hotel, something between 3 and 4 stars (no toothpaste, broken toilet seats, water damage and mold on the walls). Breakfast: really good, not luxury, more common for 4-star hotels. Fresh, tasty, great selection, a lot of healthy foods. Pools: perfect, 10/10, my new benchmark for resorts. Clean, spacy, great for swimming and tanning. Sports facilities: excellent selection of activities and supplies, I haven't tried - but impressed by the range. Restaurant: good tasty food, mostly focused on Georgian dishes + classic pizza/pasta/burger combo. Food prices - valid for the portion size, drinks - normal resort-level overpriced. Services: bellboys were a disaster. Considering the size of the territory, people with health limitations depend on their service. But they do everything to avoid the work (like driving around 3 bellboys per 1 bus) and skip the requested point unless you literally stay in the middle of the driveway until they stop. Calling the receptionist has 50% success rate in terms of response and 0% in getting the bellboy service. The worst part of the whole experience.
Title: Disappointing Stay – Outdated Facilities, Poor Management, and Constant Noise The rooms in the old building are extremely outdated. The lobby has no air conditioning, making the place uncomfortably hot. The main restaurant is also outdated, and while the food is acceptable, there is absolutely no variety. The main pool was closed when we arrived — the water looked green, which was very disappointing. We had originally booked a room in the new building but were given one in the old section instead. I’m not sure whether this was a mistake by the hotel or the booking company. In general, there are much better hotels in this category. It honestly feels like they don’t care much about tourists. The area behind the reception looks more like a storage room — I had expected much better. If you’re someone who likes to sleep early, forget about it — the noise continues until midnight. And don’t count on getting rest in the morning either — the curtains are useless and let in all the sunlight, so you can’t sleep at night because of the loud music, nor in the morning because of the bright light flooding your room. To make things worse, we even found a cockroach on the wall, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness.
The scenery and infrastructure like the pool is as good as the price you pay, unfortunately the service couldn't even pass as amateur, no shower gel in our bathtubs, room wasn't even cleaned after a whole day and we even had to make multiple phone calls just to get a second blanket in our room (which in the end they still messed up by giving us 2), and the restaurant was a horror show making us wait nearly 2 hours for a cheeseburger without cheese. P.S: terrible music blasted at full volume
