Had an amazing stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure I felt welcome. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area! Will definitely stay here again!

Everyhting was fine, i was just missing air conditioner on the room and the system of breakfest and dinner was a bit strange - sweet meals on the counter, out of reach for kids, without any description of what it was, with what it was stuffed with. Jogurt only one kind, not white and spoons were at different price, home made fries wre not home made,...etc. Staff was perfect, helpful and very kind. But overall it was great and i would recommand to everyone!

After staying at this hotel I have a strong suspicion that the majority of these 5 star reviews are bot created. If you don't read any further, and you have booked this hotel, please avoid staying in room 27 (it's above the kitchen and they play techno non stop). I will start with the Positives: - there is a decent spa facility (though it could use a deep clean - especially the sauna, which I don't ever think has been swept underneath and is covered in a layer of black dust and lost hair ties). - there is a forest and beautiful beach to walk approx 5 minutes away via foot. Now the Negatives: - The buffet is really poor quality, I am talking overcooked, soggy, mismanaged food that is still haunting me. I have stayed at hotels around the world and this is by far the lowest quality food I have encountered. I wonder if it's because of the lack of available suppliers? Honestly a 1/5. - What in the world is with the napkins? There are rest stop napkins of higher quality. It's honestly bizarre to pretend to be fancy when you give people a 1 ply piece of paper... - Everything you touch is sticky. Like everything. The tables, the menus, the plates.. it's really poorly cleaned. - This place is the ONLY place around to eat apart from a fast food pizza place.. so you are basically stuck with their bad buffet or 'a la carte' which is just slightly better reheated versions of the buffet. - The rooms are terribly insulated. It's like being in a frat house, where you hear every single pin drop from all angles. On our first night they placed in room 27 (see above) and it was beyond unpleasant to wake at 630am to heart thumping techno. We complained and were moved to a different room; though the noise still seeps through every crack. - Being so close to a beach means you are trekking mud in, and the rooms are completely carpeted, with no matt to wipe your feet or leave your shoes - small details that could make a major difference. - Our beds all dipped in the middle as if the mattresses have never been flipped and quite obviously heavy bodies have caused the shape - I called and asked whether they had fireworks for new years as I have a very terrified dog and that was literally THE ONLY reason we stayed here.. they assured me there were none.. that was a lie. Fireworks non stop for hours right outside the hotel (from the guests..) - a simple warning from the staff when I booked that guests will be shooting them off would have deterred me and I would have rented a cottage. - They had a new years party where children were forbidden, seems reasonable given that it's a kid friendly hotel..? On the day of this party our 'dinner buffet' was at 230pm... who in the world eats dinner at 230pm? I am not 95. Honestly it was an outrageous experience that has left a bitter taste in my mouth. We spoke to the manager when we left and he gave us a bottle of wine to apologise, however I would be happy to have my money refunded, or better yet, to erase the experience entirely.
