Okay hotel but one of the elevators were spoilt or malfunctioning on our visit and we had to lug our luggage up and down the stairs. Breakfast was rather crappy and the room was okay. Only plus point were the adorable ducks near the water. Doesn’t really feel like a 4 star hotel to me.

Stayed here for 2 days. First Impressions were good. Room was adequate. Room service, change of towels etc non existent. The breakfast was very good but the male head wait staff was extremely rude on two occasions to me personally. We don't appreciate being growled at . He needs to be retrained in customer service. I would NOT recommend this hotel and would never stay here again. I'd appreciate a response to this review. Irene

The room was good and well-maintained, and the location is also excellent. However, my check-in experience was extremely disappointing due to a dispute over the city tax. Despite having paid the full accommodation cost in advance, the hotel refused to accept cash for the €3 city tax and denied me check-in when our card temporarily failed. I even offered to settle the payment at checkout, but that was rejected. The receptionist, Betelhen, handled the situation very unprofessionally and lacked basic courtesy. While the room and location were satisfactory, the behavior of her severely impacted my experience.
