I wasn't expecting much but this hotel actually blown me away with all its charm and individual charisma It wasn't just a room, it was a two story apartment with artificial items like sofa, lamp. Very beautiful place where to stay definitely more than just a night It's a memorizable journey for its best Staff was very kind, helpful and friendly, they were more than interested for helping us and making our staying more comfortable than we were The only thing I wasn't satisfied was breakfast, very poor choice of meals, but overall this was amazing experience

The entire hotel looked like a haunted house. Only 2 or 3 guests we saw at the breakfast and reception area. Interiors theme is very poor. Don't go with younger children- they will get scared of the skull artwork and as well the dark statues inside the room. Not suitable for families with young children. Breakfast- very poor. We have to ask them to refill even the white breads or the cereals. Looks like they prepared the breakfast only for 5/6 persons due to poor occupancy. Parking - We were lucky to get a parking , because only few rooms were occupied. but j Iagree with other reviewers - they have limited parking space - 5 to 6 only. Finding a parking space in the street will be nightmare. WiFi - agree with other reviewers - Very Slow Heater in d bedroom - wasn't functioning well. room is only cleaned and cleaned every 2 days. Spa - sauna costs 15€ extra per guest and must be registered. Ridiculous Lighting in bathroom - Very Poor AC - loud. Phone - No phone inside the room ??? The key card didnt work twice during 2 days stay. I don't understand how they got 4 star rating ???

We stayed in the hotel as a larger group (12 people) of business people as part of an official trip to the fair. Two years ago there were a little more of us. Although the hotel is not close to the fair, the rooms are cleaned every other day, the breakfast is below average, it is not possible to establish a telephone line at all, and the Wi-Fi is weak or constantly lost, we decided on Almedia considering that all of the above is acceptable. But... When checking out, I noticed an amount on the bill that could not be our expense, and we asked for an explanation. The receptionist does not speak English so he called the general manager who immediately approaches arrogantly and tries to convince us that all the items are our incurred expense. As we are disputing the breakfast item that was already paid for with the accommodation two months earlier, the said manager is getting louder, ruder and ruder. I very loudly insist that he change his tone and treat us as guests politely, he declares that "one of us" insulted him last time. I insist that he answer "who are we" and "who are they" and how we differ because he is seeing me and I am seeing him for the first (and last) time in my life. If he had problems with someone, then he cannot generalize and I don't know on what basis he classifies us!?!? The answer of the general manager of this hotel is that in the future there is no place for us (nationality, company or something else, I did not understand) in this hotel. Shameful, discriminatory and extremely unprofessional!
