Our recent stay at Amelia Hotel was truly exceptional. From the very moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Every question we had was answered with care and attention, and their kindness made us feel instantly at home. Some of the bartenders were slightly unfriendly and rude… There was quite a long wait at the bar, which was the only negative aspect of the hotel. The rooms were immaculate, well-organized, and offered a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and served with a smile. What impressed us most was the positive energy and friendliness of the entire team – every interaction left us feeling valued and appreciated. Amelia Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are deeply grateful for the wonderful experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We recently stayed at Amelia Hotel in Albena, and it was such a great experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome — everyone was so friendly and helpful, which really set the tone for the whole stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and you could tell they really pay attention to the little details. It made it really easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The food was great — fresh, tasty, and with a good variety every day. We especially enjoyed the dinners and main meals; there was always something new to try. Its close proximity to the beach, the outdoor pools, the slides, and of course, the entertainers at the mini disco, makes it a great place for families with young kids. We are already talking about coming back — definitely recommending Amelia to all my friends!
