We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. We were 4 adults and 3 kids and the apartment had plenty of space. The apartment is pretty modern. The balcony is a plus to enjoy a sundowner in the evening. After a long day of walking around, you enjoy the evening at the apartment. It's nice to stay outside Konstanz in nearby distance. The kitchen had all utilities that was needed. Only my dad was missing a fan as he easily feels hot. The kids enjoyed watching Netflix for a few minutes before bedtime, while we enjoyed a cup of tea. The reception was very nice and attentive. We felt very much at home for the three nights. Thank you for the pleasant stay. We look forward to book with you again. Ps: try to book with them directly to save some extra euros. ;)

Very clean and contemporary suites. Newly built after fire. Suites are very comfortable and well sized with stocked kitchen and facilities. Sauna is in original cellar area (low ceilings). The restaurant was not open but breakfast room was available. Pet friendly.

We booked this apartment via Airbnb and had one of the worst experiences we've ever encountered. We arrived at the apartment at 22:30 and followed the self-check-in instructions. The smart lock code worked, and we found the key card for our designated room. However, when we opened the door, we were shocked to find a woman already sleeping inside! She was understandably frightened, and we immediately apologised and left. After checking the details, we realised she had been given the exact same room and floor number. We immediately tried to reach the host through Airbnb chat and the provided contact number – no response. We also called the phone number posted on the front door. The person who answered was incredibly rude, dismissing us by saying he didn't see our booking and that we should leave. With no help from the host, we contacted Airbnb support at 23:00. Only then did the host respond with a single message: "I will check it." That was the last we heard from him – he stopped replying to both us and Airbnb, even though it was clear he was reading the messages. After waiting without a solution, we asked Airbnb to cancel the reservation, which they did at 23:40. Mistakes happen, but this level of unprofessionalism, rudeness, and complete lack of responsibility is unacceptable. The host made no effort to help and left us stranded late at night. If you’re considering this place, stay away.
