We have only been here for one night so far but our experience has been excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful and go above and beyond for their guests. They make sure to see you to your room with your bags. They will even provide a business card with their personal details so you can message them for help. Be sure to ask the reception for shopping and restaurant recommendations. The rooms are very clean, new and quiet. We are very impressed so far.

We had a great stay! Thank you so much, service was amazing and the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Anthony for the wonderful recommendations and arranging our tours for us. And to Ken also for all the help. Breakfast was also amazing. Our room was a bit stuffy (maybe because of the carpet), but otherwise we had a great 4 day stay :)

I am a fan of the Hotel Indigo chain, and while the Saigon one is less quirky than the rest, that boutique feel and touch is still present. I love that it doesn't want to be extra fancy. Hotel Indigo Saigon the City is located one the quieter side of District 1. The shipyard feel is not strong in the decor but I am not too bothered. Service is very friendly. To the point I would imagine an introvert will feel some sort of ways with the daily persistent friendliness. I love the firm bed in my room (1002). The shower door may be difficult to open when you're inside the shower but that's only if I'm nitpicking. I've read comments about the view of the Ba Son Bridge from some rooms. I've got an upgrade so I had that view. It's pretty but I dont know how much it adds to the experience. Overall, I loved my stay and the hospitality.
