This was our second time staying in Amenity Orlicke Hory. It is the perfect getaway hotel if you like nature and overall exploring the countryside. There are loads of activities to keep you occupied and lovely walking routes with amazing views. As a foodie, the hotel has amazing breakfast and dinner menus, which change daily to ensure you keep looking forward to meal time The spa and wellness facilities are also great after a long day of hiking, cycling, or if you just want a reset. Would 100% recommend, we even brought our little dog and was welcomed everywhere with her. The staff are also very welcoming and and extremely helpful.
nice hotel, half board excellent, terry cloth in the rooms damaged, torn, bathrobes torn, in the spa colored terry cloth smelled. But the worst for me were the dogs in large numbers at breakfast and dinner in the restaurant area, which the owners fed from their plates not to mention rolling around on the couches serving people. Otherwise, the stay was excellent, especially the cross-country ski trails, but they were very poorly marked and lacked refreshments altogether.
The hotel left a generally positive impression: great location, attentive staff, and exquisite cuisine. However, the situation with the wellness area completely spoiled the experience. We were told in advance that we needed to reserve it, so we did so two days prior to our visit. The wellness area is an additional paid service, and we paid for its use. But when we arrived, we found that there were more than twenty people in the area, although there are only ten loungers. This created chaos, dissatisfaction among guests, and a tense atmosphere. Everyone, including us, was frustrated. My belongings were even moved aside, and another guest took my place. Such poor management clearly does not meet the hotel's standards. We sincerely hope that you will improve the organization in the future.
