I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ameri Plaza in Tbilisi, a hotel that combines the convenience of a central location with the comfort of hotel apartments. The towering structure housed a mix of hotel rooms, apartments, and offices, creating a dynamic atmosphere. Our choice was the hotel apartment, and we were pleased to find a spacious one-bedroom unit with a hall and an open kitchen. The apartment was equipped with essential amenities like a microwave, washing machine, and fridge, offering a home-like experience. The hot water system and heaters added to the overall comfort, especially during the colder months. However, our stay wasn't without its drawbacks. The condition of the bed and mattresses left much to be desired, and it was disappointing to find that certain basics like tissues and coffee were not provided. The housekeeping routine seemed irregular, with services performed only once every three days. This left the space feeling less tidy than expected. Despite these shortcomings, the standout aspect of our experience was the prompt responsiveness of the hotel apartment coordinator. Any queries or concerns we had were swiftly addressed, contributing to a positive interaction with the hotel staff. In conclusion, Ameri Plaza in Tbilisi offers a prime location and spacious accommodation, making it a suitable choice for those who value centrality and convenience. However, improvements in the maintenance of amenities and housekeeping frequency would elevate the overall guest experience.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life was here. The reception was not cooperative at all and their behavior was very disgusting. And the hotel guests were not important to them. The rooms were very depressing and had a very bad smell. The last floor had no elevator and we had to use the elevator one floor before the last. But the room cleaner was very good and cared about his job. In the end, if you go to this hotel, you will waste your money and time.
