Amerian Cordoba Park

Nice hotel for one or two nights. Small roof terrace with pool, gym and breakfast. Wifi kept cutting out. Bath too small to get into so only shower option and the shower head fixed so close to the ceiling it was unadjustable. Uninspired buffet breakfast. Noisy and uncontrollable air conditioning in the bedroom. Noisy with the traffic outside.

My stay at Amerian Park had a lot of problemas, here I list them: 1 . No answer to their local number 2. No answer to their 800 number 3. Room keys did not work 4 times 4. Because of this they changed my room 5. Reserving by Booking I requested parking and breakfest, but they do not have parking service. 6. Had to pay for breakfest 7. Flooring was old and weared out 8. Staff never apoligized for all the problems

Very bad experience at the hotel Amerian in Cordoba argentine and bad room floor sink stinks 😕 Poor service quality and not refunding your money, unfair policy, and quality are bad The electrical lighting switch in the bad room is unsafe, located above the badthub. This can be dangerous for electrocution? Water and electricity can kill?????? The hotel management needs to know the safety for their costumers. I post a picture how it looks. I am very deeply disappointed about the hotel.... I'm sorry, I don't like to post this? But the reason is only the way I as costumer being treated. I made the reservation in Dec 2022, and they took the full amount of the money. When I asked them that I willing to leave the hotel, they told me you would pay for the full amount.... Please, your hotel rooms are not looking clean, bad room towels looking bad and old disgusting. Is not worthed for a 4-star hotel maybe 100 years ago, yes???? Bud not for 2023!!!! Terrible experience 😪 disgusting breakfast my goodness in a saperate bar how dirty it's the bar. What a shame. Thanks!!
