The hotel and the hotel environment and their service are very nice 🥰

The service was terrible. The rooms were disgustingly dirty, the sheets had hairs in them and visible brown stains , the bath water was brown and dirty, the towels were obviously not properly washed and most rooms had a disgusting smell that wouldn’t go away. Most importantly, when we tried to explain the situation to the hotel staff, they just offered us free soft drinks as if it would solve the room problems

We read the reviews before we stayed here, but like others, American Airlines put us up here for accepting a layover. The one star reviews are accurate. The four /five star reviewers must have stayed in an alternate universe or have never stayed at a 4/5 star hotel before! Below is meant to be our non-emotional (easier said than done) “just the facts” review. 1-Outside, lobby, dining room, and other public spaces are vintage early 1970’s 2-Rooms recently renovated but reek of mold. A/C does not work. The thermostat is “just on & off” (per the front desk). Actually they are the same; on IS off! Black mold was visible over the A/C unit. 3-Dining room - lunch and supper were generic Italian? We were only allowed to choose from 2 options. Breakfast was buffet and pretty decent. They had an espresso machine guests can use which was the best part of the whole experience. 4-Dining room manager and wait staff were as accommodating as they could be - but the front desk staff were not.
