A very pleasant stay. Jay gave us a nice room where we could have our loaded truck right in front of our door. Rooms are very artsy and cute in freshly painted jewel colors. Sheets clean and lots of pillows and nice white towels. Price is good too. The original sinks and toilets bring back good memories of traveling with my parents in the 1950's and 60's. Quaint and clean
Skip the chain hotels. This family-run, old style motel is tidy, clean, and updated, and a bargain. The staff was kind and accommodating when we needed minor supplies to eat some leftovers.
I Asked for extended stay price: told me he needed to see my ID. ???. I just asked for a price.. After carefully glancing over my ID I ASKED HIM WHAT HE NEEDS TO SEE MY ID FOR BEFORE HE CAN GIVE ME A PRICE. He mumbled something as food chunks fell from his mouth. Kinda shady if you ask me. Anyway looks and smells like a trap house for 450/wk plus a hundo for a cat. I’ll pass.
