Excellent location! Perfect location. Romes spacious and clean! Staff was top shelf, great restaurant for breakfast and lunch ( didn’t try dinner) Also lovely pool area! And be sure to check out the library! Overall perfect hotel for the old city for a few nights about a $10 uber ride to downtown or the shopping center if you would like that.

Beautiful hotel lobby and rooms. I saw a lot of negative reviews about the shower, but we loved the showers and the deluge that came from the shower head. Hot water does turn off at some point at night. The breakfast is a can’t miss. May be the best pancakes I’ve ever eaten, and fresh juices and fruit. Excellent service from waitstaff. Noise complaints are valid. Our room was eye level with the bell tower. But, for whatever reason, it didn’t really bother us. Added to the charm.

For $300+ a night, breakfast was not included, the rooms were small, the floorboards were extremely loud, and the shower water would get scalding hot. For $300+ a night it would be advisable to find somewhere else to stay for the night. The walls and ceiling are very thin so you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you, above you, and outside your bedroom door. The clock tower rings every 15 minutes from 7am to 10pm, the area itself is extremely loud and very touristy which is to be expected but the noise was just unreal. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean, and the staff was very kind and respectful, restaurant was very good.
