Amerin Hotel Johor Bahru

Pretty ok for a mid hotel that is not so near the city centre. The breakfast was so so. The bananas perhaps to budget so they cut the not so nice part out. Oh the aircon was loud the whole night, constant buzzing. That required maintenance for sure but it was cold. Can be improved in terms of maintenance and upkeep. Understood that this hotel has been around so wear and tear is unavoidable. Service-wise they were helpful and attentive so it made up for the lacklustre that is the amenities.

Worst ever Worst , I've never seen such a bad customer service before no etiquettes or professionalism. Wasted our time and money. Made us go to room two times and come down. Try to make us a fool. I didn't know this is how they will treat their customers. There's two things , 1. Change the customer service management 2. Please do some repair and design in the hotel. You can get a good money people are willing to come but your poor management ruins everything. Worse nightmare especially for my guy after coming back from the military didn't accept to face this. We booked a deluxe king but they were playing us fool by giving twin bed room trying to waste our time. Ridiculous this is my first ever bad review on a hotel. Poor service and would not recommend anyone. Not even for emergency. There wasn't even an apologize we get for what they do . Highly not recommended please don't believe the fake reviews from them and go the hotel. You guys don't wanna ruin your holiday

I paid for a deluxe king room and its stated king size bed room. The hotel staff gave me a double bed room and I went back to the concierge to ask for a change of room as I shown him my booking is a king size bed room instead hotel staff told me that they are fully booked for king size bed room. This is so unacceptable and I’m super upset. Definitely not recommended and is super noisy there the sound proof super terrible. And your system really needs to be updated.
