AMERON Zürich Bellerive au Lac

We had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast, while not overly extensive, was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is a highlight — right in front of the lake, offering a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. It’s just a pleasant 20-minute walk to Bahnhofstrasse and around 26 minutes to Zürich HB, making it convenient yet calm. Definitely coming back — highly recommended for a cozy, stylish, and well-located stay in Zurich!

We spent 3 wonderful days at AMERON. I don’t even know what to comment on – it was a hotel located in the most central yet beautiful part of the city, just a 7-minute walk from the opera, shops, and public transport. We had an excellent and swift check-in from the experienced, professional, and very polite reception staff! Great job! Then we went to our room, which had all the amenities, and we lacked nothing! The beds were comfortable, and everything was spotless! During the day, it was bright, and at night, it was just dark enough for a restful sleep and relaxation! We also received excellent service from the F&B team, who were always willing and courteous! The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, with both delicious and healthy foods! Don’t hesitate to try their coffee, which, based on my experience, was the best variety! The view, the architecture, the design of this hotel, as well as the impeccable structure and authentic service, are what we call true, high-quality hospitality! Congratulations to the entire team!

Great location, close to Zurich old town and right across the lake. It does get s bit loud, if you have a street facing room, but the view of the lake is great. The service is very good and the rooms are beautiful. One caveat is the cooling system, which was not able to cope with the heatwave in Europe. The property may want to overhaul it since it looks like s very old central AC system.
