Ami Suites

We spent five nights at the hotel. The experience was amazing and lived to our expectations with a great view of the city. The rooms were nice and clean. House keeping service was great that made the stay relaxed, comfortable, and homely. We booked two bedroom comfy with breakfast. The breakfast menu was a set menu with limited options - we kind of liked what they had on the menu. There is also small mart near the lobby that was useful too. In terms of location, I thought this was not right in the middle of the city but again not too far as well. There are tons of restaurants within less than a kilometre if you wish to order in.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my recent hotel experience! It was a really good stay overall, I'd say. The service was pretty top-notch, and everyone was super friendly. Shout out to the staff, particularly Iqbal, Ruhel, Zaidi, and Ashraf – they were all incredibly helpful and made my trip smoother. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, which is always a big plus in my book. Everything worked perfectly, from the wifi to the air conditioning, which is another big plus. I would definitely recommend staying there if you get the chance!

I stayed here for just under 1 week and I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was my first time visiting Malaysia. I travelled here solo after meeting friends in Thailand. Due to a change in my flight plans I had to arrive much later than initally expected. I came at nearly 4am, which the front desk woman was very friendly and accomodating. The room service is great, very clean, nice staff. My room had a washing machine which was nice. I really like the aesthetic of the hotel, especially the gym. Also the gym is slightly larger than expected - has everything you need for a solid workout. The rooftop pools are also very nice. There are 3 buildings, and some pools may be busier than others but there were no people at my rooftop pool the times I visited. The building next to mine I could see had a very busy pool area. I enjoyed the view overlooking the city, especially mosque Masjid Wilayah Persekutuan and Istana Negara. It's walking distance to stores and restaurants, and a quick Grab into the city or across town. I would definitely come back to this hotel for my next visit.
