Mini Club & Animation – Amazing! The Mini Club team was fantastic – kind, creative, and full of energy. Our child had so much fun every day with games, crafts, and activities. Animation in general was well-organized and fun for all ages. Big thanks to the whole team for making our holiday even more special!
We stayed here with my mom for 10 days, just the two of us, and here are our observations. The hotel matches its price in terms of quality. I’ll start with the positives: the food was very, very tasty, with a large variety. We only had breakfast and dinner, and in both cases there was always a huge selection of dishes — everything was fresh and delicious. A separate bonus was that you could take various fruits with you to the beach. Breakfast mostly consisted of the same dishes every day, but it never got boring because we would choose something different each time. Dinners were also wonderful — every evening they served new dishes. There was always a choice between fish, meat, and seafood, along with plenty of vegetables and desserts. We visited at the end of July; there were quite a lot of people, but the beach is so big that you didn’t feel it at all. There were enough sunbeds for everyone. The hotel grounds are also huge, so there’s plenty of space to walk around. In addition, a 15-minute walk from the hotel there was a marina with restaurants, ice cream shops, and grocery stores. Regarding the beach — yes, there are a lot of stones, but when you go to Croatia, you should understand that all the beaches there are like that. It didn’t bother us because there was a pier with direct access into the sea. The atmosphere of the hotel is great — there’s always music playing, a bar with cocktails, and you can rent jet skis, SUP boards, and much more. We rented a small boat with a captain for the whole day, and it was amazing! Now, for the small downsides: the room cleaning wasn’t great — they would mostly just make the bed, and when towels were changed, they often didn’t take the old ones away. The worst part was that at the end of our stay, my mom found a fly in her dinner during one evening — right in the fried vegetables. When she showed this to the restaurant manager, he barely reacted — just apologized and took the plate to the kitchen. We decided to mention it at the reception as well, but the reaction was even worse: the man didn’t even apologize and simply said that “these things happen.” What disappointed us more wasn’t the fly itself (since that could happen anywhere), but the hotel’s reaction. They could have offered some kind of compensation, for example. Overall, though, we liked the hotel, and it’s definitely worth visiting. It would also be great for families with children.
The resort looks nice and the staff are generally kind — but overall, the experience was disappointing. I visited with close family members of different ages and genders, and none of us were satisfied. We all felt bored, disconnected, and stuck. Main issues: • Unreliable A/C: The air conditioning kept turning off randomly even when all doors were shut. We contacted reception several times. Maintenance came once, witnessed the issue, and said it’s affecting multiple rooms. It was never truly resolved. • No life or energy: This was easily the most boring resort we’ve ever stayed in. After dark, the place is completely silent and pitch black. There’s nothing to do in the evening — no lights, no atmosphere, not even a place to sit and relax outside. It felt like a retirement home without the comfort. • Totally isolated: There’s nothing nearby — no restaurants, no shops, no entertainment. You feel trapped, and every small errand becomes a mission. • Beach and pool: The beach is rocky and uncomfortable, and the pool is forgettable. Trees block most sea views from the rooms and make the outdoor areas feel dark and uninviting at night. • Not family-friendly: The nearest beach isn’t really appropriate for families. Nothing around makes up for the isolation. Final thought: This place might work for someone looking for pure silence and sleep, but if you’re hoping for a well-rounded vacation with even basic energy, variety, or access — this is not the place. We left wishing we’d stayed somewhere else and only visited this resort for a few hours, not days.
