Wonderful hotel! Super comfortable beds, spotless rooms with all the essentials, and an unbeatable location—top attractions all within walking distance. Breakfast is delicious and has a lot of great choices. Staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The spa and pool were the perfect way to unwind after a full day of exploring the city. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained, but what truly stood out was the service. Orhan at the front desk was exceptional—warm, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. He went out of his way to remember our 12-year-old son's name and greeted him each day as if they were old friends, which made our son feel very special. The dining room staff were also extremely helpful and always had a smile, making our meals even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team was top-notch—our room was spotless and impeccably cleaned every day. That said, I do have a couple of small critiques. The gym was a bit of a disappointment. It consisted of just one old universal weight machine, which was broken on our first day. Even after it was repaired, it didn’t function properly, and the room itself was very hot with no air circulation, making workouts uncomfortable. Similarly, the rooftop dining area—while offering beautiful views—was extremely warm during breakfast hours, which made the experience a bit uncomfortable. Overall, though, the outstanding service and attention to detail more than made up for these minor issues. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the hospitality.
The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the historic center. The spa area is pleasant and the pool is beautiful. The breakfast buffet is refined, varied, and nicely presented. The beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. The view from the restaurant is absolutely stunning. However, we didn’t pay attention to the room size when booking, and the room turned out to be quite small. The bathroom was not clean upon arrival. Also, be careful around the pool area — the floor is extremely slippery.
