We spent a nice day by the pool in July 2025, such a wonderful pool facilities. Refreshingly cold temperature controlled pool. Clean and professional staff to attend to your every need. Food and drinks orders by the pool all come from champions bar we'll known for very nice food and drinks. Might be a bit pricey for some people but the quality is worth it. Every team member is very nice, the manager Dima welcomed us when we entered she is very professional and attentive. Also, special thanks to Jazz, who served us food and drinks she is awesome!

Exceptional Service by Mazen Abdelhadi at Marriott Amman I booked a stay at the Marriott Amman during peak season—my first time dealing with this hotel—and unfortunately, an issue arose with my reservation that was quite stressful. However, Mazen, a manager at the property, reached out to me well in advance of my arrival and completely turned the situation around. From the very beginning, Mazen was incredibly helpful, highly professional, and exceptionally responsive. He managed the entire issue with great care and kept me informed every step of the way until everything was fully resolved. His level of service went above and beyond, and truly made me feel valued as a guest. Thanks to Mazen, what could have been a frustrating experience became a seamless and enjoyable time in Amman.
