Everything was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and professional. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The dining options were excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. I would highly recommend Rotana to anyone looking for a top-notch hospitality experience. Can’t wait to return!
We had a wonderful stay at Rotana Amman! The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the breathtaking view from our room—it made our mornings and evenings extra special. It’s a fantastic choice for newlyweds or couples looking for a romantic and peaceful getaway. The atmosphere is elegant yet cozy, and everything about the hotel feels high-end. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Amman and looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable experience!
I stayed at Amman Rotana last year and had a genuinely bad experience — poor service, disappointing cleanliness, and not at all what you’d expect from a supposedly high-end hotel. Still, I decided to give it another chance this year, especially since it was my anniversary. I thought maybe they’d improved. They hadn’t. The stay was incredibly ordinary. Nothing stood out. The room was fine, the service was polite but detached, and the overall atmosphere felt more like a mid-range business hotel than anything luxurious. What really disappointed me was that they made absolutely no effort to acknowledge our anniversary — not even a simple “happy anniversary,” let alone a small cake or gesture. That’s the kind of basic hospitality even budget hotels sometimes get right. For a place with high prices and luxury branding, the experience was incredibly bland and forgettable. I could have gotten the exact same — or better — from a far less expensive hotel. After two chances, I can confidently say I won’t be returning.
