Amman West Hotel

I had a fantastic stay at Amman West Hotel. The hotel is excellently located, making it convenient to explore the city and nearby attractions. The amenities are decent, providing all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. Additionally, the room prices are very reasonable for the area, offering great value for money. Overall, I highly recommend Amman West Hotel for anyone visiting Amman looking for a quality stay at a good price.

The staff was very friendly. The common area like the garden and the reception was nice. The rooms needs an upgrade and the cleaning was not the best. During a one week stay my bed linen was not changed once. The floor and the bathroom was minimally cleaned.

Terrible hotel i dnt know how it categorized as 4 star. - no drinking water was given in the room upon check in - even after multiple requests to the reception, none was received - when my husband finally physically went to the reception to ask for water, they claimed that they gave it to us and we have to pay for extra bottles. Despite saying that no one ever gave us water, they stuck with their claim, and tried to frame us as if we were lying - fresh toilet rolls was not given in the washroom - room didn't have mugs to drink out of - room extremely dirty - curtains broken - terrible customer service In short I am pretty disgusted with my stay in amman west
