Our group of 15 stayed at the Signature Hotel in Amman on three separate occasions as part of a tour, and unfortunately, each stay confirmed how poorly run and maintained this hotel is. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Rooms were consistently dirty—some not cleaned at all, others partially cleaned, and we often found missing essentials like towels and toilet paper. Worse, cockroaches were spotted multiple times during our stay. Bathrooms were unhygienic, and water pressure was terrible throughout. Safety and Security: There were serious security issues. Members of our group were assigned rooms already occupied by other guests. On more than one occasion, people walked into rooms in the middle of the night due to key mix-ups. This is completely unacceptable. Room Issues: Triple room bookings were handed out as twin rooms with no explanation or resolution. Electrical outlets were dangerously rigged, with appliances screwed into the wall instead of being properly plugged in. Facilities and Comfort: The noise from ongoing parties was impossible to escape—it reached every room, regardless of floor. Breakfast was very poor; the toaster didn’t even work. Nothing felt cared for. Staff: The only redeeming quality of this hotel is the front desk attendant, who was always friendly and helpful despite clearly being overworked, often covering 16-hour shifts. He did his best, but he couldn’t make up for the overall failures of the property. I do not recommend staying here. The experience was disappointing, unsafe, and far below even basic standards of hospitality.
Simply the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. First, there was no attendant to help with our bags. Next, the room was incredibly dirty, and look like it had never been vacuumed before. But the worst part was that they were cockroaches in the room. Breakfast buffet was absolutely terrible, and the apple juice tasted rotten. The elevator was constantly broken, and I would not risk my life taking it. The hotel felt like it was going out of business. At any moment I have stayed at over 500 hotels in my life, and this was the worst experience I could’ve ever imagined. Whatever you do, do not stay here.
**PENDING INVESTIGATION** Solo females beware Intrepid tours beware An incident with the night staff happened on our 1st night in Amman Intrepid tour company are investigating but I wouldn't reccomend staying here. With out the sensitive late night incident the hotel is very basic, run down and simple with an even less than enthusiastic breakfast. Stay at 100x other locations in Paris square - MUCH nicer Don't stay here!!!
