What a hotel. Great. Everything is beautifully furnished. Cozy, and if you get the right room, you'll have a fantastic view. Plus, a delicious breakfast in a typically Bavarian style. There's also a very nice spa area. I haven't tried it myself, but the impression is great. The location is perfect for exploring the area. Full marks 🍀🎉🎉
We had a small double room, perfectly adequate. There were a few cobwebs here and there, but otherwise everything was clean. The staff was very friendly in all areas and tried very hard to be helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and perfectly adequate. The latte was particularly delicious. The spa area is very large. The water in the pool was pleasant. The temperature gauge even showed almost 30°C. The four-course dinner menu was also very tasty. The hotel has a lovely little garden where you immediately feel at home. We can recommend the hotel.
A bit wierd hotel. Family liked the pool and sauna zone. Nobody speaks English here. Seems the owners struggle a bit to manage the place. Upon arrival they showed the rooms and found out one was not cleaned and gave another room. One day at breakfast we found almost all tables with dirty dishes, it was difficult to find place to sit for us. They also ran out of sausages. A bit surprising and dissapointing for hotel to not be able to handle the breakfast. After eating breakfast, we found out cleaning lady has started to clean the room. Breakfast mediocre in terms of choice and quality. One evening some random lady came for some reason asking something about the room that we were initially showed, but found uncleaned. It seemed she was asking about the key to room in german. Why on earth she would come asking us? One day upon returning in evening we found out or room was not locked. Probably cleaning lady has forgot to lock. Not good. A lot of small things hinting at some shortcomings of management. On the other hand - spacious rooms, balcony, reasonably good location. Avoiding unusual number of small issues would make it a good place.
