Amnaya Resort

Highly recommend! Clean and comfortable rooms, amazing service from the reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff (thanks Budi!), and yummy food. The busy road is definitely noisy, but honestly we weren’t too bothered. We booked a suite, which was absolutely massive. There are great restaurants and bars just down the street, and it’s a quick 10 minute scooter ride to the beach. The pool at the back of the property is quiet and relaxing - the only thing is that it’s small and there are not enough sun loungers, so you have to go early! We would definitely stay here again ☀️

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged, making us feel comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. Although the swimming pool was on the smaller side, it had a cozy charm and was perfect for a relaxing dip. The staff at the resort were all incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to the young gentleman at the reception—he was outstanding! From check-in to check-out, he assisted us with genuine warmth and care. We were especially grateful that he kindly arranged for us to use the swimming pool and take a shower even after check-out, as our flight was later in the afternoon. We truly appreciate the hospitality extended by the entire team and would absolutely love to return for another stay!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Amnaya Resort in Nusa Dua. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, kind, and incredibly welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, well decorated, and equipped with all the essentials including a reliable hot water shower, fridge, and TV. Although we didn’t have the chance to use the pool during our short visit, it looked absolutely beautiful. We did, however, take part in one of the hotel’s activities — making a traditional Balinese farmer hat with Eka. He was patient, engaging, and made the experience memorable for us. Reception staff were consistently kind and always greeted us with a smile. Randy at the entrance of the hotel deserves special mention for being so attentive and helpful. He assisted us with directing traffic to help get our Grab/GoJek rides safely out of the hotel pick up area , as well as loading and unloading our luggage with genuine kindness — always with a warm smile. Breakfast was complementary and offered a wide selection of food. While the vegan options were limited, the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They kindly adjusted dishes such as preparing the dragon fruit smoothie bowl without dairy, and even had a delicious avocado sandwich available. This thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. The hotel’s spa is very popular and gets busy, so it’s best to book your treatments in advance to secure a spot. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant spaces and a peaceful atmosphere. Its location is convenient, close to restaurants and small shops, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, Amnaya Resort Nusa Dua exceeded our expectations, and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. The combination of welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, and genuine hospitality made our stay an excellent one.
