Oh wowww just woww been to goa 11 times stayed in Radisson ,leela n all but this boutique resort is so warm, friendly staff, amazing food, superb hospitality, flexible for guest demands, n the hotel is so beautiful lyk every corner is a state of art. Best hidden secret of goa. And they r so eco friendly, child friendly n so so much greenery n all the plants were exclusive so nicely maintained. Room service was so perfect by cleaning the rooms to helping us even in the midnight. Wowwww can't get enough of this place. Yes they don't have beach but the property n ppl r so amazing that u dnt feel the need of it . Even the watchman uncle were so genrous

It's a superb property. Rooms are really unique , has different authentic vibe to it. Well maintained. They have carts to take you to your rooms as well , which helps. Some elite rooms have a personal pool which is a blessing for couples. Only drawback is , it's situated 20 km away from the airport or the city you can say, so going back and forth can be tiring for you. Nevertheless it's a brilliant setting .

For the premium prices you are charging, everything needs to be perfect. Especially cleanliness and hygiene , but its not at all. But its not, and instead of themselves actively trying to solve it, we had to walk from room to room, to find something.. and when we found one with a clean toilet seat… the exhaust was making alarming sounds and toilet seat lacked soft close. Resort is really nice, location is a little off beat, but for these prices they better be perfect, else its no use paying this much amount
